   Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched via Australia Post, and you will receive tracking information via email.

3. **Shipping Rates**:  
   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. To calculate your shipping rate, please enter your delivery details during the checkout process.

4. **Delivery Times**:  
   Estimated delivery times are as follows:  
   - Domestic: Estimated delivery times 3-7 business days
   - Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

5. **Tracking**:  
   Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the Australia Post website at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search

6. **Delivery Address**:  
   Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for parcels that are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. **Signature on Delivery**:  
   If you require a signature upon delivery, please let us know at checkout. Otherwise, parcels may be left in a safe place at the recipient's address.

8. **Lost or Delayed Parcels**:  
   If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by Australia Post, but we are happy to assist you in resolving any issues.
