Refund policy

At Dardinie Designs we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our returns policy below:

1. **Earrings and Hair Accessories**:  

   Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for jewellery, earrings and hair accessories. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

2. **Other Products**:  

   We accept returns on all other products if they are in unused, unopened, and in resalable condition. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

3. **Return Process**:  

   - To initiate a return, please contact us at dardiniedesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.  

   - The return must be posted at the buyer’s expense.  

   - Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.  

   

4. **Refunds**:  

   Refunds will be processed within 30 days from receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
