Dardinie Designs is a small, family-run embroidery and 3D printing business specialising in accessories and craft supplies.We take pride in creating beautiful, fun, and high-quality pieces designed to bring joy to your everyday life. Each item is crafted with care, ensuring it’s as unique as it is meaningful. Our focus is on quality craftsmanship and adding a little extra happiness to your day.

How are your products made?

All our products are made in our home studio using a combination of machine embroidery and 3D printing. Since we make everything in small batches, each item receives extra attention to detail and quality.

What materials do you use?

We use a variety of materials, including:

• High-quality embroidery thread

• Upholstery vinyl

• Biodegradable PLA filament for our 3D-printed items

Where possible, we source materials from Australian businesses.

Are your products hypoallergenic?

Yes! All our earrings are hypoallergenic. Our founder has incredibly sensitive ears and only wants the best for our customers.

Do you take custom orders or personalised requests?

Absolutely! We love bringing custom ideas to life. Please get in touch to discuss any changes you'd like.

Note: Custom requests can take 1-3 weeks, depending on design and testing requirements.

How should I care for my items to ensure longevity?

• Earrings: Store away from direct sunlight to prevent tarnishing and clean before wearing.

• 3D-printed items: Hand wash only—not dishwasher safe—and keep away from direct heat to maintain shape.

Orders & Postage

How long does it take to process and post my order?

• Pre-made items: Dispatched within 1-3 business days.

• Custom orders: Typically take 1-3 weeks, depending on requirements.

Do you offer international postage?

Not at this stage. Due to the high cost of Australia Post’s international rates, we don’t foresee offering international shipping in the near future.

How much does postage cost?

We offer a flat-rate postage fee of $11 across Australia.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Every order is sent with tracking so you can follow its journey.

What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?

Please contact Australia Post with your tracking number for updates. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

Can I request a custom embroidery or 3D print design?

Yes! We love custom orders and enjoy creating unique designs. Get in touch to discuss your ideas.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Not at this stage, but we’re open to discussing wholesale opportunities. Please reach out if you’re interested.

Can I request a specific colour or material for my item?

Yes! If we have the colour in stock, we’re happy to adjust it. Custom colours or materials may require a custom order.

What makes your hypoallergenic earrings different?

Our earrings are incredibly lightweight:

• Our largest embroidered earrings weigh less than 4g per pair.

• Our 3D-printed earrings are just as light, ensuring all-day comfort.

Do you offer clip-on options for earrings?

Not at this stage. We’ve explored this option multiple times, but the cost of high-quality clip-on materials is currently prohibitive.

Are your earrings comfortable for sensitive ears?

Yes! All our earrings are hypoallergenic and ultra-lightweight, making them perfect for sensitive ears.

3D-Printed Polymer Clay Cutters & Other Tools

What materials are your polymer clay cutters made from?

We use PLA filament, a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources like corn starch and sugarcane. It’s more environmentally friendly than traditional petroleum-based plastics.

How should I clean and store my cutters?

• Hand wash only with warm, soapy water.

• Use a soft brush or toothpick for intricate details.

• Avoid heat, dishwashers, and direct sunlight to maintain shape.

• Store in a dry place to prevent warping.

Do you offer custom cutter designs for specific projects?

Yes! We love custom work and can create unique cutter designs, split packs, or resize existing designs to suit your needs.
